FACE Walsall
Families and carers empowered
We're committed to help change the services of young people (0 – 25 years) with Special Educational Needs in Education, Health and Social Care in the Walsall Borough.
The aim of the Parent Carer Forum is to enable parents and carers to share their knowledge of what works and what doesn’t work so well; and to help service providers and commissioners focus their efforts on effective, high quality support.
Your Voice Counts - Together we can make a difference

We work to improve services across Walsall, to ensure that tye are fit for purpose and meet the needs of children and young people with SEND.
Our Aim
Our aim is to make sure that parent and carers voices are heard when it comes to planning and decision making about services in SEND across Education, Health and Social Care in Walsall for our children and young people with SEND
What we do
We provide a platform to help parents and carers share their lived experiences which will help influence and shape local services for children and young people with SEND.
We help parents engage with professionals across Health, Education and Social Care and ensure that the voices of the families are heard to improve services for those children and young people with SEND.
We help parents have access to information and provide training and workshops and host SEND information events. We also signpost parents and carers to other agencies/organisations who provide specific services that we don't.
